Warm up dealt with recognizing a variety of right triangle congruence pairs using the new rule HL along with some cases of other criteria. Passed back assessments and went over the triangle congruence skills with peer experts. Passed out the project rubrics, which detail how it will be graded. Then gave a quick update on our progress with the project by doing a survey. Finally learned about the meaning of CPCTC, which allows us to extend proofs of congruent triangles by recognizing that if two shapes are congruent, then so are its matching parts. Worked through two examples of this to close out class.
